Business Operations Trainer

Job Summary

To enhance team capabilities, the full-time remote Business Operations Trainer will design and facilitate training programs for new hires and existing employees, focusing on data entry and reporting functions while utilizing innovative teaching methods to ensure engagement and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and update training materials to meet new hire and ongoing training needs
• Utilize various tools and platforms to deliver engaging training sessions
• Evaluate training effectiveness and collaborate with management to assess team member performance

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required; BS/BA in biology or health science preferred
• 0-2 years of related industry experience, preferably in Customer Experience or Clinical Data Reporting
• At least 2 years of experience designing and delivering training programs in live or virtual settings
• 1 year of experience in functional leadership or training preferred
