• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional, Agile/Lean Six Sigma) are a plus
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong understanding of business processes and project management methodologies
