Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Partner Development Manager to drive sales growth and manage relationships with key third-party partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales results with key partners
  • Manage campaigns in collaboration with third-party partners to ensure execution and compliance
  • Accountable for reaching or exceeding monthly sales targets
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of partner management experience, including with call center and digital affiliates
  • Demonstrated record of consistent sales growth and quota attainment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to travel 10-20% of the time
