Business Partner Manager

Job Summary

Driving the people strategy and supporting organizational growth, the full-time Manager, Business Partner will manage performance management, employee relations, and compliance initiatives while collaborating with leaders to foster an inclusive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Align HR strategies with business objectives and support organizational transitions
• Conduct audits for compliance with employment laws and mitigate employment-related risks
• Guide managers in performance management processes, including Performance Improvement Plans and talent calibration sessions

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner focusing on leadership development and compliance
• Proven track record in handling complex employee relations matters and investigations
• Expertise in employment law compliance and conducting internal audits
• Experience with structured talent calibration processes, such as the 9-Box framework
• Familiarity with behavioral assessment tools, such as the Predictive Index, is preferred
