Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and manage research on system developments and applications
• Serve as a liaison for data users, providing education and problem-solving support
• Create complex reports and presentations, maintaining optimal operation of departmental reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Epidemiology, Computer Sciences, Process Engineering, Business, or related field
• 3-4 years of experience as a functional "super-user" or in a similar role
• Ability to manage multiple projects and complex reports independently
• Strong knowledge of SQL for query writing
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
