Business Performance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Performance Analyst to analyze data in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, manipulate, and join data from multiple sources for comparative analysis
• Develop and maintain analytical models to assess financial, clinical, and consumer value of business initiatives
• Produce ad hoc reports and presentations using data visualization tools to provide insights for business solutions

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Two years of analytical experience in Healthcare, Consulting, Finance, Analytics, or a related field with a Bachelor's degree, or no experience required with a Master's degree
• Working knowledge of data visualization tools and experience in creating data visualizations required
• Experience with SQL or non-SQL tools for data querying and manipulation required
• Financial modeling experience is preferred
