Business Performance Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Procurement organization, the hybrid Business Performance Analyst, Expert will manage the intake and delivery of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end intake process for Power Platform requests, translating business needs into functional requirements and delivery plans
• Design, build, test, and deploy enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions, ensuring compliance with governance and security standards
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Procurement leaders, coaching team members on Power Platform best practices and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 7 years of experience in procurement or a related discipline
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end solution delivery and stakeholder communication
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation and prioritization
