Business Performance Associate Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Performance Associate Director to enable network-wide manufacturing performance through strategic financial leadership and operational insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives for scrap and manufacturing process waste reduction, including defining measurement systems and reporting
• Drive digital enablement and operational visibility by aligning financial and operational performance metrics
• Establish performance measurement systems and forecast financials to support decision-making across the global manufacturing network

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 3 years of manufacturing or operations experience, or a Master's degree and 5 years, or a Bachelor's degree and 7 years, or an Associate's degree and 12 years, or a high school diploma/GED and 14 years of manufacturing or operations experience
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally to identify technology-driven cost-of-sales improvement opportunities
• Experience with capital finance rules and policy
• Demonstrated ability to lead network-wide, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience integrating financial and operational data across ERP, MES, and advanced analytics platforms
