Business Performance Associate Director

Job Summary

Leading the development of business performance capabilities, the full-time remote Business Performance Associate Director will manage strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between strategy, investment, execution, and value realization across Global Quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of robust business cases for strategic initiatives, translating operational needs and financial considerations into clear recommendations
• Establish frameworks to track and demonstrate the value of strategic initiatives, partnering with initiative owners to ensure benefits are realized
• Integrate operational, portfolio, and financial data to identify performance trends and translate complex information into actionable insights

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree with 3 years of Quality and/or Operational Excellence experience, or Master's degree with 5 years, or Bachelor's degree with 7 years, or Associate's degree with 12 years, or High school diploma/GED with 14 years of relevant experience
• Direct experience in cross-functional business operations and strategic project management
• Understanding of Quality and GxP
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
• Ability to foster collaboration and work effectively on cross-functional teams
