Business Performance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Performance Manager to drive transformation initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate processes for establishing Operating Models and governance
• Create and maintain integrated schedules for transformation initiatives, tracking progress and risks
• Build relationships with stakeholders and facilitate workshops to support strategic planning and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree, or a Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or a High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
• Preferred degree in life science or business
• Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
• Experience in developing and delivering presentations and workshop materials
