Job Summary

Leading financial performance management for the Contact Center Services & Solutions business unit, the full-time remote Business and Financial Performance Manager will be responsible for forecasting, performance analysis, and driving actions that enhance revenue and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities:
  • Monitor and improve revenue, expense, and margin outcomes against financial plans
  • Execute forecasting and performance analysis, translating operational drivers into actionable insights
  • Partner cross-functionally to align financial targets with operational execution and provide decision support for business cases
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, or business performance management
  • Experience in cost modeling, pricing analysis, or profitability optimization
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making and build cross-functional partnerships
