Job Summary
Leading financial performance management for the Contact Center Services & Solutions business unit, the full-time remote Business and Financial Performance Manager will be responsible for forecasting, performance analysis, and driving actions that enhance revenue and cost efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve revenue, expense, and margin outcomes against financial plans
- Execute forecasting and performance analysis, translating operational drivers into actionable insights
- Partner cross-functionally to align financial targets with operational execution and provide decision support for business cases
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
- 6+ years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, or business performance management
- Experience in cost modeling, pricing analysis, or profitability optimization
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI)
- Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making and build cross-functional partnerships
