Business Performance Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Performance Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support critical change initiatives for the Research and Development (R&D) organization
• Manage high priority Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Provide cross-functional initiative leadership and work with R&D experts and project teams

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree, or Master's degree and 2 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience, or Associate's degree and 10 years of related experience, or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of related experience
• 5+ years' experience in Biotechnology / Pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Research and Development
• 6+ years' experience in a cross-functional business operations or project management role
• Advanced degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and professional training experience
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence different styles
