Business Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Planning & Analysis Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage performance and financial targets by collaborating with Functional and Product Finance teams
• Optimize investments through proactive analysis of spend categories and resource allocation
• Facilitate planning cycles and manage risks and opportunities to enhance financial performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years of finance experience, preferably in Pharmaceuticals; FP&A experience preferred
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with planning tools desired
• High learning agility and strong analytical skills
• Experience in a matrix organization is preferred
