Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Planning Manager-Ops.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of people management for direct reports, including training, performance evaluations, and policy communication
• Act as a trusted business partner by understanding key drivers and building effective relationships with stakeholders
• Monitor and communicate changes in processes and policies to stakeholders and direct reports

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in resource management, supply & demand planning, and third-party subcontracting
• Experience with resource scheduling tools and MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Experience in people management is preferred
• Ability to work in a remote environment is beneficial
• Understanding of tools and reports relevant to the line of business
