Business Planning Manager

Job Summary

Business Planning Manager, responsible for overseeing resource management and project staffing in a full-time capacity, requiring over five years of experience in vendor management and resource onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of people management for direct reports, including training, performance evaluations, and policy communication
• Act as a trusted business partner by understanding key business drivers and building relationships with stakeholder groups
• Monitor and communicate changes in policies and processes to direct reports and stakeholders, ensuring clarity in operations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in resource management and supply & demand planning
• Experience with third-party subcontracting and resource onboarding
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Experience in people management is preferred
• Familiarity with resource scheduling tools
