Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Planning Operations Specialist who will manage the planning infrastructure for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and govern the structure and organization of Adobe Workfront for business planning and tracking
• Build and maintain dashboards for visibility into business plan health, OKR progress, and resource allocation
• Identify and implement process improvements and AI integrations to enhance operational workflows

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Adobe Workfront and its governance
• Strong understanding of business planning frameworks and OKR tracking
• Experience in process improvement and operational workflow design
• Familiarity with AI tools for automation and data analysis
• Ability to document processes and create operational standards
