Business Planning Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing financial services team, the remote Business Planning Operations Specialist will manage the operational infrastructure within Adobe Workfront, focusing on program and project intake, governance, and resource planning while collaborating closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the structure and governance of Workfront, ensuring accurate and organized data for business planning and reporting
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards to provide leadership with insights on business plan health and resource allocation
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and AI integration to streamline operational tasks and enhance efficiency

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing/business planning operations, PMO operations, or project/portfolio management
• Strong, hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, including building project structures and reporting dashboards
• Experience translating business plans and strategic frameworks into actionable project structures within Workfront
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) and a track record of developing automations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
