Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Platforms Administrator to manage and optimize its suite of core business SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain core business platforms including HubSpot, Monday.com, and Google Workspace
Integrate and optimize AI-driven tools within software platforms and ensure compliance with security standards
Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to internal business end users while creating documentation for platform use

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in SaaS administration and platform management
Proven expertise in HubSpot, Monday.com, and Google Workspace
Experience implementing automation tools and AI-powered features within business platforms
HubSpot certifications are a plus
