Key Responsibilities

Administer and optimize major business platforms including HubSpot, Monday.com, and Google Workspace
Drive the delivery and adoption of AI initiatives across various departments, identifying high-value use cases
Provide training and support to internal users, creating documentation and promoting best practices

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in SaaS administration and platform management
Proven expertise in HubSpot, Monday.com, and Google Workspace
Experience implementing automation tools and AI features within business platforms
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and behavior change within organizations
