• Lead operationalization of meetings and manage recognition awards program
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tools with organizational needs and drive process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, operations, or program management with a focus on tools and systems
• Mandatory experience using Airtable
• Understanding of product development lifecycles
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and various leadership levels
• Experience with IT procurement teams, finance, and vendors in tools management
