Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process and Policy Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current Policy Information Management System
• Provide expert technical writing and editing support for department-wide policy documents
• Collaborate with the Continuous Quality Improvement Committee and lead a cross-functional Policy Review Subcommittee

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least five years of relevant experience
• Two years of experience in a project management role
• Strong background in policy development and continuous improvement
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple initiatives
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus
