Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Business Process Analyst, PLM (Senior Quality Systems Specialist).

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with end-users, SMEs, and project stakeholders to translate current PLM-related business processes
  • Create and document process flow diagrams and narratives of current and future state operations
  • Support the development of training materials and maintain organized documentation repositories


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Business Process Analyst or similar role
  • Proven experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
  • Demonstrated proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
