Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst - TPA Implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and technical partners to translate business requirements into solutions
  • Document processes, configurations, and training materials for knowledge continuity and future implementations
  • Identify risks and issues related to functionality and ensure resolutions are met
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 4+ years of business analytical experience in a Medicaid/Medicare or Commercial environment
  • Project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of database applications and data query protocols (MS SQL Server)
  • Advanced experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
