Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst to manage product SKU processes and support cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee new and change SKU creation in various business systems to ensure timely product launches
• Prepare and route intake forms for review, collaborating with stakeholders on requirements gathering
• Develop technical requirements from user needs and lead end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product operations or business processes
• Minimum of 2 years of Quote-to-Cash experience in Finance and Accounting
• Experience with Salesforce Product tables, Pricing setup, and CPQ
