Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst I - Clinical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform process modeling for clinical vendor related processes
• Develop workflow diagrams and schematics
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure documentation accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an instructional design related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of business process or training experience
• Knowledge of Python/SQL and Java scripting (preferred)
• Experience with SmartSheets and SharePoint Site (preferred)
