• Collaborate with shared services teams to propose business process changes, emphasizing AI and automation
• Drive decisions, deliver actionable solutions, and manage change management activities with a customer-centric approach
• Define business requirements, build thorough process documents, and plan comprehensive change management activities

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of business analysis experience within an HR organization
• Proven experience with ServiceNow and business process documentation
• Demonstrable experience in AI implementations and optimizations in a business context
• Experience in applying business process redesign principles within HR functions
• Familiarity with LucidChart for documenting complex process flows is highly desirable
