Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst for an 11-month contract position, primarily remote, in Mebane, NC.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in capturing and documenting functional requirements and specifications for product configuration tools
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Management teams to align tool functionality with product strategies
• Define and implement product rules to ensure valid and compliant product configurations
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate functionality and quality of configuration tools
• Provide training sessions and ongoing support for effective tool adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in documenting functional requirements and creating test plans
• Familiarity with product configuration systems and rule-based logic
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is preferred
• Experience with configuration management tools or CPQ systems is a plus
