Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Travel - Business Process Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage User Support Service Desk and evaluate service desk requests for operational issues
  • Collaborate with operations leadership to research productivity and process issues
  • Facilitate client implementations and ensure quality control and reporting processes are followed
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of travel operations and/or travel experience
  • Competence with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport Plus/Galileo
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to understand corporate travel industry standards and procedures
  • Experience in documentation and change management processes
