Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Travel - Business Process Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage User Support Service Desk and evaluate service desk requests for operational issues
- Collaborate with operations leadership to research productivity and process issues
- Facilitate client implementations and ensure quality control and reporting processes are followed
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of travel operations and/or travel experience
- Competence with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport Plus/Galileo
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to understand corporate travel industry standards and procedures
- Experience in documentation and change management processes
