Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst - Home Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training content and video trainings in collaboration with the Division Training Manager
• Assist in research and development of announcements with the Product and Project Manager
• Evaluate and recommend improvements for home finance processes, systems, and training materials

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ellie Mae Encompass experience required
• 5+ years of experience in the mortgage banking industry or related area required
• 3+ years of training content development and program delivery experience required
