Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst focused on Quote to Cash processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver scalable system solutions for quoting, contracting, billing, and revenue operations
• Manage requirements gathering, documentation, and testing to ensure quality and alignment with business goals
• Identify opportunities for process optimization or automation to improve efficiency and data accuracy across systems

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or revenue operations, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment
• Proven experience with Quote to Cash processes, including Salesforce, CPQ, and Billing
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into documented requirements
• Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
