A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst to improve and operationalize their architecture knowledge system.

Key Responsibilities

• Revamp and improve existing logical data models and documentation for easier governance and maintenance
• Convert functional specifications into accessible living documentation for stakeholders
• Connect logical data models to the offering management intake process for new product requests

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and technical writing
• Strong knowledge of documentation systems and knowledge management
• Experience with configuring workflows and automations
• Ability to improve data intake quality and maintainable documentation
• Familiarity with Airtable or similar tools for data management
