Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst who will collaborate with teams to implement solutions for complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to prioritize features and manage user requirements
• Conduct meetings to document business processes and perform gap analysis to identify product deficiencies
• Assist with agile ceremonies and define functional test cases as needed

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship or ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 4 to 8 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 3 years of experience
• Experience with at least one Relational Database Management System (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server)
• Familiarity with agile software lifecycle and methodologies
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
