Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring transparency and communication
• Establish and maintain Business Process Management strategies and roadmaps for assigned areas
• Conduct analysis and discovery on business processes, identifying improvements and managing execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process management or related field
• Software AG Certified ARIS Modeler Professional
• Business Process Modeling (BPMN) certification or training
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
