Job Summary

Business Process Analyst, responsible for supporting U.S. Coast Guard digital transformation and enterprise automation initiatives through business process analysis, documentation, and optimization in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and improve current-state business processes and workflows across U.S. Coast Guard mission and business areas
  • Lead business process reengineering activities to enhance efficiency and identify automation opportunities
  • Develop process maps, documentation, and support the automation opportunity intake and backlog refinement process
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in business process analysis and improvement
  • Experience documenting workflows, process maps, and standard operating procedures
  • Understanding of process improvement methods and operational performance measurement
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a DHS Public Trust
