Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Process Analyst will oversee technology implementation and communications, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of initiatives by coordinating activities, assessing operational impacts, and managing business communications.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate technology implementation activities and oversee analyst deliverables related to business requirements and process documentation
• Evaluate the impact of technology changes on internal controls and support alignment with regulatory expectations
• Develop and execute communication plans, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable information for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Sagent LoanServ servicing system experience
• Industry and product knowledge
• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
• Three to five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
