Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between technical environments and business needs, the full-time remote Business Process Analyst will utilize data analytics to assess processes, support decisions for Information Systems solutions, and contribute to continual service improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct SAP data mining and Business Warehouse reporting
• Provide business analysis and technical expertise to support new or changed IS solutions/services
• Collect and translate project requirements into specifications for delivery parties

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree/HS Diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in SAP or other ERP systems
• Enhanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in SAP
• Demonstrated commitment to data integrity
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
