Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Business Process Analyst will lead business process optimization initiatives for the Construction Digitalization project, focusing on implementing standardized workflows and driving strategic change across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess current design and configuration processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Lead the implementation of standardized processes and digital workflows to enhance execution and adoption
- Develop project plans and documentation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions while applying change management methodologies
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical or construction industry
- At least 3 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or related fields
- Proven ability to collaborate digitally with global teams and build effective relationships
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
