Job Summary

To support the Construction Digitalization initiative, the full-time remote Business Process Analyst will lead cross-functional teams in optimizing workflows, implementing standardized processes, and driving change management for improved business outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Assess current processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable processes and digital workflows across product lines
  • Develop and maintain project plans and documentation to ensure timely delivery of solutions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical or construction industry
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or commercial construction projects
  • Ability to collaborate digitally with global teams and build relationships to drive change
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
