Job Summary
To support the Construction Digitalization initiative, the full-time remote Business Process Analyst will lead cross-functional teams in optimizing workflows, implementing standardized processes, and driving change management for improved business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Assess current processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable processes and digital workflows across product lines
- Develop and maintain project plans and documentation to ensure timely delivery of solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical or construction industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or commercial construction projects
- Ability to collaborate digitally with global teams and build relationships to drive change
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
