Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Business Process Analyst will lead business process improvements for the Construction Digitalization initiative, focusing on optimizing workflows, implementing standardized processes, and driving change management across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and identify inefficiencies in current design and configuration processes to enhance standardization and improvement
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable processes and digital workflows to improve execution and adoption
- Develop project plans and documentation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality user and business solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical or construction industry
- At least 3 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or digital customer experience
- Proven ability to collaborate digitally with global teams and build relationships to achieve project goals
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
