Job Summary

To support the Construction Digitalization initiative, the full-time remote Business Process Analyst will lead cross-functional teams in optimizing workflows, implementing standardized processes, and driving change management to enhance business outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Assess and optimize current design and configuration processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Lead the implementation of scalable processes and digital workflows across multiple product lines
  • Develop project plans and documentation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical or construction industry
  • At least 3 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or digital customer experience
  • Ability to collaborate digitally with global teams and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills, with the ability to create status reports for stakeholders
