Job Summary
Partnering with business stakeholders and technology teams, the full-time Business Process Analyst will elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements to drive measurable value, operating in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement and current state analysis, translating them into functional specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with Product Owners for backlog management, ensuring requirements traceability and supporting solution design and testing activities
- Document current and future state business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring alignment with technology initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-enabled enterprise environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Agile/Scrum, CBAP, or PMI PBA certifications are a plus
- Proven expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation, including functional requirements and user stories
- Experience in Agile and hybrid delivery models, with involvement in SIT and UAT cycles
- Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate complex needs into actionable requirements
