Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance workforce management initiatives, the contract Business Process Analyst will lead process improvements, analyze complex datasets, and act as a strategic advisor while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support workforce management tools and process improvement initiatives from planning through execution
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and recommend enhancements for operational improvement
• Manage the Intradiem platform governance, including rule creation, testing, and ongoing maintenance

Required qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience in workforce management, forecasting, or scheduling roles
• Hands-on experience with WFM tools such as NICE IEX and Intradiem
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to lead medium-sized projects independently
