Business Process Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Business Process Analyst will support the Duplicate and Identity Resolution Processing (DIRP-II) program by documenting business, functional, and technical requirements, creating QA test cases, and participating in all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers to create and document business, functional, and technical requirements
- Create QA test cases and execute test plans while maintaining project documentation
- Participate in the SDLC, including requirements creation, testing support, and deployment preparation
Required qualifications
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain DMDC Position of Trust
- BA/BS or equivalent in a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or testing
- Experience in technical writing, including creating tech specs or user manuals
- Familiarity with JIRA and SQL is a plus, along with a willingness to learn
