Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst for their Revenue Operations team.

• Collect information and data on ineffective or inefficient processes
• Create and document new processes in collaboration with management
• Review and update processes to ensure they align with industry standards

• Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities
• Advanced business process analysis knowledge
• Experience supporting Sales, Customer Support, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
• Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and Google Suite
