Business Process Architect

Job Summary

Operating as a senior individual contributor, the full-time Business Process Architect will map workflows, design future state processes, and produce decision-ready documentation while collaborating with internal teams and external partners, either remotely or in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Key responsibilities:

• Map current state workflows and identify automation opportunities across advisory, operations, and compliance functions
• Translate business needs into executable functional specifications and manage the requirements backlog
• Design and execute user acceptance testing, documenting defects and managing resolution cycles with build partners

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business analysis, operations, technology, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in process design, business analysis, or similar roles, preferably in financial services
• Demonstrated ability to produce actionable documentation for technical and non-technical teams
• Experience managing requirements and user acceptance testing for vendor-delivered solutions
• Familiarity with CRM or financial planning platforms such as Dynamics or Salesforce
