Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Auditor Associate to provide independent assurance and advisory services in a health plan environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing risk-based audit and advisory engagements
• Perform assigned audit procedures including risk identification and control testing
• Prepare accurate audit workpapers and communicate findings professionally

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 0-2 years of experience in a related field, or 3+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Commitment to continuous learning and progress toward professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA)
• Exposure to analytics and data visualization tools is a plus
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment as needed
