Business Process Automation Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance operational efficiency in mortgage servicing, the full-time remote Business Process Automation Analyst will identify, develop, implement, and support automation solutions while leveraging expertise in robotic process automation (RPA), business intelligence, and database management.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze existing processes to identify automation opportunities and design, develop, and maintain UiPath bots and automated workflows
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions to provide actionable business insights
- Partner with business leaders to document workflows, support operational efficiency initiatives, and provide user training on automated processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in process automation, business systems, or business intelligence roles
- Experience developing and supporting UiPath automation solutions
- Strong SQL/database development skills and experience with Power BI dashboard development
- Familiarity with Microsoft Access database development and maintenance
