Job Summary

Leading the strategic direction of the Business Process Automation practice, the full-time Business Process Automation Practice Manager will oversee operational excellence, drive innovation, and build trusted relationships with enterprise customers in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Sales team to lead discovery and solutioning activities for strategic client opportunities
  • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria while collaborating with clients for alignment and approval
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, fostering strong relationships through strategic guidance and technical leadership
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in business process automation, digital transformation, or enterprise technology consulting
  • Proven experience leading client engagements and delivering complex enterprise solutions
  • Strong understanding of process automation technologies and content management platforms
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and customer-facing initiatives
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
