Business Process Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Consultant to support and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in business case development and assess opportunities, risks, and ROI for assigned initiatives
• Lead large-scale initiatives to drive performance improvement and enhance alignment of policy, process, and technology
• Perform detailed analysis of data and workflows to execute initiatives and support project work

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required; Master's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in health care, insurance, or a related field required
• Demonstrated experience in training, presenting, and facilitating required
• Knowledge and experience in leveraging IT solutions
• Ability to work remotely and be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
