Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Consultant to lead large scale, cross-functional initiatives focused on operationalizing Availity Editing Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large scale initiatives to improve performance, financial gains, and customer satisfaction
  • Facilitate optimization of business unit performance through alignment of policy, process, and technology
  • Perform detailed analysis of data and workflows to execute initiatives effectively

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
  • Five to seven years of related experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance
  • Experience with healthcare transactions within Medicare/Medicaid
  • Familiarity with healthcare provider and payer portals, preferably Availity Essentials
  • Experience in training, presenting, and facilitating
