Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Process Consultant to lead large scale, cross-functional initiatives focused on operationalizing Availity Editing Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large scale initiatives to improve performance, financial gains, and customer satisfaction
- Facilitate optimization of business unit performance through alignment of policy, process, and technology
- Perform detailed analysis of data and workflows to execute initiatives effectively
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
- Five to seven years of related experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance
- Experience with healthcare transactions within Medicare/Medicaid
- Familiarity with healthcare provider and payer portals, preferably Availity Essentials
- Experience in training, presenting, and facilitating
